What furniture brands do you carry?
We offer a couple of lines online and over 350 lines of furniture, fixtures, lighting, and accessories through our showroom.
Is there a cost for delivery?
Yes, delivery costs are calculated by weight of your item(s) and the distance to your location.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver within a 20-mile radius of our zip code (90012).
Will you deliver outside of that 20-mile radius?
Yes, but on a case by case basis and additional fees will apply.
Can you deliver outside the United States?
Sorry, we cannot deliver outside the United States at this time.
Can I pick up my furniture?
Yes, in many cases you can pick up your furniture at our will-call facility.
Will my furniture be assembled for me?
Items that require assembly, our delivery staff can assemble them for an additional 5% to be added to your total.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders placed online can generally be cancelled within 48 hours. Once you place your order, you will receive the contact information of service representatives that will help you with your order. To cancel your order, simply e-mail us at CustomerService@design-theory.com. A full refund will promptly be made to your credit card. In some cases, depending on the manufacturer, a restocking fee may apply.
Do you charge my credit card at the time I place my order?
Yes, your card is charged when you check-out from our online shopping cart.
Do you accept COD orders?
We cannot accept COD orders. All orders must be paid in full prior to scheduling a delivery.
